Pälsvägen keeps this policy deliberately plain. It covers the little data this site touches, why we touch it, and the rights you have over it.
Information we receive
We only ever hold what you hand us yourself: the details in an enquiry, an email address to reply to, and the correspondence that follows. There is no account system and no hidden profile.
What we do with it
Everything you send is used to deal with your enquiry and nothing else. No profiling, no automated decisions, no passing your address around.
Local storage
This site sets no analytics or advertising cookies. The only thing stored in your browser is a small flag remembering that you closed the cookie notice, so it does not reappear on every page. You can remove it at any time through your browser settings.
Third parties
We do not sell, rent or trade your information. It is disclosed only if the law obliges us to, and to no one else.
How long we keep it
We keep your messages while the conversation is live and delete them when it is over, unless a legal obligation requires a longer period.
What you can ask of us
Access, correction, deletion, and objection to any use — all of these are yours to request, free of charge. One message to hej@palsvagen.se is enough.
Protection
Your correspondence lives in an ordinary, access-protected mailbox, readable only by the people who need to answer you.
